Tristan completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy degree in Aberdeen, Scotland after earning his Honors Specialization Bachelor of Medical Sciences in Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences with distinction at the University of Western Ontario. Through his experiences in both Scotland and Canada, Tristan has developed the skills and knowledge to assess and treat a broad range of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries and conditions as well as pre/post-operative care for population groups of all ages and activity levels. Having previously been involved in powerlifting, breakdancing, and various other sports recreationally throughout his life, Tristan understands the importance of proactive, healthy living as well as the physical and mental challenges associated with pain and injury.

Tristan is dedicated to providing tailored, individualized care for all his clients to help them reach their specific goals, get back to doing what they love, and lead their best lives. Tristan accomplishes this through a comprehensive treatment approach combining client education, manual therapy, and developing exercise programmes together with clients. Forever committed to lifelong learning, Tristan is continually working towards developing his treatment skills and knowledge by staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based best practices and taking courses in manual therapy and sports medicine.

In his spare time, Tristan enjoys weightlifting, cycling, playing basketball, mixing music, and spending time with family and friends.
