Mark graduated with a Master of Science degree in physical therapy at the University of Toronto in 2018. Prior to this, he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University in 2015, majoring in biology. Mark has also completed post-graduate courses in manual therapy and soft tissue release and is actively working towards obtaining his Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy.

Mark has a passion for treating orthopaedic injuries and impairments, and has experience treating strains, sprains, repetitive stress and overuse injuries, spinal conditions, and various other musculoskeletal conditions. Mark employs manual therapy techniques, taping, and individualized exercise prescription to help his clients regain their physical function and sustain their results.

In his free time, Mark stays active by playing basketball and Ultimate Frisbee. He is also a former tennis player and track athlete.

Tip of the Month

When choosing a backpack for your child ensure that it appropriately sized and not too large. Once books and other items are placed in the bag, make sure it is no heavier than 10% of the child's body weight.
