Brian is a registered massage therapist (RMT) who graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy after receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology at Brock University. His background in the Health and Fitness industry instructing, training and playing a wide array of sports has allowed him to understand the importance of pain free movement and its relationship to performance. He has assisted and instructed both Hockey and Golf development camps. Working with athletes, weekend warriors and seniors he found himself thriving to become more knowledgeable and confident in helping the public. He began to make connections between the body, mind and the individuals themselves, pushing the boundaries to reach their full potential. Brian understands the importance of a patient -centered approach to rehab and not only motivates but empowers and educates each patient to assist them achieve their rehab goals. He is continuously educating and improving himself within the health and fitness industry becoming a Certified Functional Myofascial Practitioner (CFMP), Certified in Instrument Assisted Soft-tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Certified Cupping Therapist and has completed the Level 1: Assessment, Treatment and Corrective Care program for IASTM. Outside of work you can find Brian at the gym, on the ice, making music or having a coffee at a local shop.

Tip of the Month

When choosing a backpack for your child ensure that it appropriately sized and not too large. Once books and other items are placed in the bag, make sure it is no heavier than 10% of the child's body weight.
