All sessions are PRIVATE, and taught by our registered physiotherapists. 40 and 60 minute sessions are available, and MAYBE COVERED BY YOUR EXTENDED HEALTHCARE PLAN. We supply REFORMERS, mats and towels, and you bring a comfortable change of clothes. Changerooms are onsite.

For most of my adult life I have dealt with the discomfort of Chondromalacia Patella and Patello-femoral Syndrome. These two conditions effectively ended my competitive cycling and skiing careers. It ultimately became so painful that I thought surgery was the only solution.
