Achieving your health, fitness and training goals becomes that much easier when you book an appointment “with yourself”, and, your trainer! Trying to avoid the gym? Not comfortable with all of that ‘heavy metal’ equipment? Join us in our modern studio settings and take advantage of a more private environments, where your trainer guides you every step of the way.

Who can we help?
You may fit into one or more of these groups!

The “Transition” Group:
This group is finishing a course of physiotherapy for an injury, and can benefit from some extended exercise sessions to finish off their treatment, best done in a personal training setting.


Personal Training sessions maybe covered by your extended healthcare plan!


The “I Want to be Healthier” Group:
This group is seeking one or more of the following: fat loss, toning, cholesterol reduction, diabetes management, blood pressure management, improved strength, improved flexibility, better balance, a stronger core and increased coordination. You will experience increased quality of life, have more energy and you will wonder why you never did this before now!

The “I Want to be Better/Faster/Stronger” Group:
This group is looking to jump to that next level of performance in their chosen sport. These training programs include a solid strength and flexibility component, lots of core work, and when ready, a strong plyometric component. You will experience greater muscle elasticity, and increased strength, endurance and muscular power, all key elements in performance in any sport.

Equipment
We have everything you need. Cardio equipment like treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. Strength equipment that is easy to use, like Theraballs, Bosu Balls, Therabands, cords, dumbbells, and, most importantly, your own bodyweight! Towels are supplied and changerooms are onsite.
We also have several specialized pieces of equipment that include Pilates Reformers and a Biodex Isokinetic Dynamometer.

The Edge

My thanks to you and your staff, because with the benefit of your expertise and care I was able to complete my first marathon in 4 hours, 22 minutes and 43.2 seconds. I came to you at the beginning of October with IT band trouble. Here I was trying to complete a marathon that was less than 3 weeks away and I could not run more then 45 minutes without being stopped by the pain. What I appreciate most, and what makes your practice so unique and valuable, is that you acknowledged my drive to compete. So often when speaking with medical professionals regarding sports injuries they focus on the injury and not what the athlete is trying to accomplish.
