What services are offered at Toronto SEMI?
Toronto SEMI is an interdisciplinary Sport Medicine facility. This means that we use a team approach in all that we do, and offer Sport Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, Sport Physiotherapy, Sport Massage, Sport Podiatry, Active Release Therapy, Sport Nutrition and Sport Psychology services.
How do I pay?
If you are a Canadian resident, your provincial health plan covers consultations with our Sport Medicine Doctors and Orthopedic Surgeons. All of our other services are private, and may be covered by your extended health care plan. Please see our "Services" section for more information.
How do I book an appointment?
If you are an existing patient, you may book an appointment online by first Registering for online access to our Patient Access Portal, and then Signing In once you have been granted access priveleges from Toronto SEMI.
Otherwise, whether you are a new or existing patient, you may visit the "Contact Us" section for our contact information.
What are your hours?
We are open from Monday to Friday, with early morning and early evening appointments available. Additionally, we are open Saturdays from 9 am to 12 noon, except long weekends.

Before I needed to seek your care I was a competitive mountain bike racer but was experiencing progressively higher levels of pain in my lower back. When my back finally (and unexpectedly) failed I was unable to walk or stand without great pain your sport medicine doctors diagnosed a herniated disc in my lower back. In hindsight if I knew what to look for I had been missing the early warning signs for almost a year. With your guidance, knowledge and skill I have been able to return to competitive mountain bike racing and am doing so without pain. Your physiotherapy team deserves a lot of credit too. They are a group of skilled and conscientious people that truly enjoy what they do. Such a positive environment only helps the healing process along.
